True Mutants

I’m all about diversity and this is about as diverse as it gets. I don’t pretend to know for certain if these individuals are the results genetics or intelligent design having a little fun. All joking aside, A mutant (also known to early geneticists a "monster") is an individual, organism, or new genetic character arising or resulting from an instance of mutation, which is a sudden structural change within the DNA of a gene or chromosome of an organism resulting in the creation of a new character or trait not found in the parental type.

In the distance past many Mutant’s were shunned or persecuted for their differences. In the slightly more recent past these people were labeled as Freaks and put on display in traveling circuses or carnival side shows. These days these types of treatment of mutants is looked down upon, and the only side shows you are likely to see are of consist of a mix of performance artists and self made mutants.

In addition to genetic mutations I am including "Mutants" that are the result of birth defects, disease, interspecies hybrids, self made mutants that are a result of major self imposed body modification. The final category "lost and found" will include evidence of rumored, seldom seen, or creatures thought to be extinct.
