So with all the ranting about "information wants to be free" over the years what is the story with a donate page, and for that matter what is up with all the google ads? Look I'm sorry but it was either this or take the whole site down. Dispite the infrequent updates this is a popular site and while the information here is free the hosting costs are not. Think about how much the average hardcover book or even magazine costs you these days. As far as the google ads, it's not the most profitable ad system out there but the links do tend to match the content of the page so as far as I'm conserned they a boon to the site and do not take away from it at all. So anyway thats my story and I'm sticking to it, do what thou wilt.
