The many faces of MutantNation

So MutantNation has been around for quite a while since I started it up in around 1996 and it has gone through a couple of face lifts and I figured I would archive them before I clean them all out.

So here is the beginning...

Whooo pretty scary ehh? And even with only 4 main sections most of them were barley populated.

The next version, well I don't have enough of it to put a picture together of it. And what files I have been able to find aren't much to look at. if I pull to together enough to show you I will update.

Then there was the last version the metamorphic site. In the end there were about 5-6 styles to chose from, here are some of the better ones

I liked this one since it was a lot like the green monitors we were forced to stare at back in the day.

And here is the style like the amber monitors that were also popular way back when. Of course you will notice the Google ads are still green, I never could figure out a good way to make the ads track with the style, part of the reason for the current version.

Here is the style I liked the most it is based on the anime Cowboy Bebop. It was fun trying out different versions of the site but building the new CSS sheets for each one was a pain. And with each version more and more content got orphaned so the current version is an attempt to bring it all back together
